Job Description
JB Harris Transport LLC is based out of Georgia. We currently have openings for an experienced and professional RGN and Landoll (Heavy Haul and Oversized Load) driver. All applicants MUST have at least 1 Years hauling experience. The Class A CDL Driver is responsible for loading, securing, delivering, and unloading of heavy equipment to the customers job site in a safe manner in compliance with local, state and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. ELD experience is a plus but not a requirement. We will train qualified applicants to be ELD compliant.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
No 20mph or over speeding tickets within the past 5 yrs.
No more than 2 accidents or incidents within the past 5 yrs.
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months.
No Reckless/DWI/Drug or Alcohol violations in the past 5 yrs.
No serious moving violations in the past 3 yrs.
No preventable/recordable crashes with citation or a resulting termination from a carrier within the past 3 yrs.
Clean DAC reporting.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YR RGN AND LANDOLL HAULING EXPERIENCE.
Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
Able to physically climb, step, and stand to secure loads.
Experience hauling oversize / overweight permitted loads. **
Able to operate an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
Able to pass a drug test and DOT physical.
Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for AT LEAST 2 Years.

HOME-TIME:
Home time will generally be every weekend but will be mostly dictated by the loads.
We need drivers who are not afraid to work and don't mind staying out two to three nights a week.
