$2000.00 Sign on Bonus
Company Solo or Team Drivers
Solo Start at .65cpm x 3500 miles= $2275 (1099 Drivers)
Teams Start at .70cpm x 7000 miles= $4900 (Increase to .75cpm upon review) (1099 Drivers)
Solo and Teams runs 48 states.

Driver qualification standards:

2yrs experience with no more than 2 minor violations or 1 major violation in the past 3 yrs.
If you have at least 1 year experience and nothing on your record. I can still help you out.
We accept 1 year experience that can be proven through previous employers, and no violations of any sort.
All miles PAID.
Extra stops pay $35 after 1st stop plus mileage pay between stops.
Detentions - after 3 hrs.- $25/hr.
Layovers are paid- $100.00 after 24 hours. Teams get $100 per driver.

We have 2018-2021 Freightliners and VOLVO trucks, automatic transmission with APU & Inverters.
Microwave is drivers responsibility.

2020-2021 Dry Van trailers (air ride suspension with automatic inflation system and side skirts)

Possibility to transfer to Lease (no down payment, no credit check) (6-month trial period to be eligible.)

Lease to Purchase (become an owner operator) Financing for 2 yrs. At 15% interest with No Money Down.
Price of Unit is based on Year, Make, and Model. Units have 500k or more on them, but Maintenance is well maintained. Also, company extends a line of credit for repairs on Lease Purchased Units from the company that can be repaid over weeks based on what is negotiated under management.

OAC- $46.00/week

Escrow- $1,500.00 deducted at $250 a week. (Only on Company drivers, you get it back after you become a lease purchase driver.)
Escrow is paid back after 45 days from last day of employment.

Travel expenses reimbursed if you stay with us 3 months. (Plane, Hotel, and Uber)

Sign-up bonus $2000.00 after 12 months of employment.

Westcoast Driver, not as many, but we do have, but we focus on East and South sides of the country.
We stay mainly East of Arizona, Utah, and Houston
Repair service - 24/7
Lumper Service - 24/7 (EFS)
Breakdowns- fix within 24 hrs. or replacement equipment given to get you back moving. We value your time as well. This is based on the equipments warranty. We must see what it is going to take to get the truck up and running first.

Every 3 weeks on the road- 3 days home time (responsible for safe parking)

We offer Cash advances - $100.00 per week.

Paycheck Settlements:
We offer your choice of either.
1099
Paying between 0,58 - 0,65 CPM based on experience.

W-2
Paying between $0.48-0.54 CPM based on experience.
